I wish there were more stars in goggles rating system only allowed on special occasions: this would be one of those... went in for my DOT physical and from the moment I set foot in the lobby I got the best service one could possibly ask for; kind, respectful and attentive while at the same time being warm and friendly. Tati girl, the receptionist; More and Güero made me feel special.. they truly are out of this world. Doctor Marín is a lucky guy for having such wonderful staff. I truly recommend this place not only for physical but for all your medical needs. Thank you Doctor and thank you guys... ps. If you come in early please bring donuts; the big smiles will grow bigger.!!!! They did it again!!!! Son los mejores. Muchísimas gracias a Yolanda. Alex. Erick. La doctora Lorena y a Denise… sigan así por siempre, todos tienen una vibra positiva y hermosa.. los súper recomiendo a todos los trokeros para que vayan a sacar su certificado médico ahí.

I have lupus and fibromyalgia. I just moved to El Paso and it’s always a challenge to find good doctors with my extensive health concerns and problems. I found this clinic by accident but it all worked out the way it was supposed to. The care by Dr Marín and is staff has been beyond exceptional. They obtained all my records and have taken fantastic care of me. I am very happy with my care. Dr Marin is top notch and with the hundreds of doctors I have seen with my illnesses , he is definitely at the top of my list . I am very grateful for him!

Dr. Marin and his associates/staff have always provided me with the highest of standards and true professional medical expertise. He has always been on mark with identifying any medical issues/questions I have. I believe being under his care for 2 years has truly improved my life! Highly recommend Dr.Marin at Transmountain Primary Care!

My wife has had many drs over the years including the VA where she was treated poorly as a veteran .. She has been here a year and she has really enjoyed the care she has been given. For some to say they had poor customer service must've been at a different location. They have always treated her with respect etc..

Dr. Marín and his staff are truly amazing. Never has my family nor myself experienced such an amazing doctor who sits down with you, listens to your medical issues, corrects the issues to the T and then sends your prescription without 0 issues to the pharmacy of your choice. Pablo and the rest of the receptionist go out of there way to make you an appointment and solve any issues without hassle. The best way to go is to switch to Dr. Marín and staff as your PCP. My whole family has switched and we look forward to staying.

I see Nurse practitioner Janice Enriquez and I can say she’s truly the best! I’ve been going with her over 2 years now and she listens to you hears you out and as soon as you tell her what’s wrong she’s already thinking of what test to do! I just live the way she works very professionally hands down for her

NP Walker is great! She is kind and compassionate, always concerned about my questions and needs, I see the front staff has bad comments, but they get very busy, they are very helpful and nice.

I had an appointment today with Dr Mendez. I was kinda worried after reading several reviews. But I had a very positive experience. I went in, checked in, paid my copay and filled out paperwork. I waited like 20 mins, then they took me inside. I saw the doctor right away. Doctor was very knowledgeable and took his time. I was out of there in no time. The receptionists, medical staff and doctor were all amazing. This is how every clinic should be! I’ve had terrible experiences with rude medical staff everywhere else. I hope this place stays the same !

Absolutely love PCP Lorena Walker and her front desk associate Pablo and one other girl who picks up the phone some times. They are truly amazing and show they care and take the time to call you. There is some associates there in the front desk depending on the day that you would get bad customer service. I had a bad experience a couple of times when one of the girls and Pablo wasn’t there because they really make it amazing! If it wasn’t for Pablo and I wish I knew the girls name but she is a sweetheart she has nice lip fillers and a tattoo on her arm.

Great staff, this is my second time visiting this location and I always had great experiences, Dr. Douglas was phenomenal and tended to my needs expeditiously. They go way above and beyond to make you feel great and they do this with compassion and care. My first time I made an appointment and I was seen 5 minutes after filling my initial paperwork, my second visit was a walk-in and I was seen 10 minutes after showing up. Definitely a good medical practice.
